NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the following application has been received by Kyogle Council.

LOTS 155,156 & 361 DP 755732 at SEXTONVILLE ROAD DOBIES BIGHT
: REMOVAL OF CONDITION 39 OF DEVELOPMENT CONSENT
Consent Authority: KYOGLE COUNCIL
The proposal seeks to remove Condition 39 of the consent which requires the upgrade of the intersection of McDonalds Bridge Road and the Summerland Way.
The application may be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre, 1 Stratheden Street, Kyogle 9.00 am to 4.00 pm weekdays or online at www.kyogle.nsw.gov.au under "On Public Exhibition" for 22 days from Thursday 10 January to Friday 1 February 2019.
Any person may make a written submission to Kyogle Council concerning the proposed modification during the submission period identified above. Where a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection are required to be specified in the submission. Submissions made will be considered in Council's determination and will be made publicly available pursuant to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosure. Submissions must be accompanied by a statement disclosing any political donations and gifts in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Should the application be approved, persons who made a submission have no right of appeal to the Court.
