NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the following application has been received by Kyogle Council.

LOT 1 DP 366036 AND LOT 12 DP 582916 AT EDENVILLE
ROAD, CEDAR POINT
Proposed modification: MODIFICATION OF CONDITION 71 TO ALLOW HAULAGE
OF QUARRY MATERIAL ALONG OMAGH ROAD AND
Consent Authority: NORTHERN JOINT REGIONAL PLANNING PANEL
The proposal seeks to modify Condition 71 of the consent to permit haulage of quarry product
along Omagh Road and Anzac Drive.
The application may be inspected at Council’s Administration Centre, 1 Stratheden Street,
Kyogle 9.00 am to 4.00 pm weekdays or online at www.kyogle.nsw.gov.au under “On Public Exhibition”
for 22 days from Thursday 10 January to Friday 1 February 2019.
Any person may make a written submission to Kyogle Council concerning the proposed
modification during the submission period identified above. Where a submission is
made by way of objection, the grounds of objection are required to be specified in the
submission. Please note that all submissions will be provided to the regional panel and are
public documents and may be viewed by other persons with an interest in the application.
Submissions made will be considered in Council’s determination and will be made publicly
available pursuant to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 unless there is
an overriding public interest against disclosure. Submissions must be accompanied by a
statement disclosing any political donations and gifts in accordance with the
Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Should the application be approved, persons who made a submission have no right of appeal
to the Court.
