Manager Development and Regulatory Services
Permanent Full Time (35 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight)
This exciting new role provides an ideal opportunity for an energetic and committed professional to shape the delivery of the full range of development and regulatory services across our diverse municipality.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of planning, building and environmental services in partnership with an enthusiastic and dedicated team. Whilst ensuring Council’s regulatory services are both responsive and community-focussed, you will also think creatively in contributing to the development of new policies and strategy for Council. You will lead by example - working to establish and maintain the highest standards of customer service and promoting integrity and respect in the workplace.
This is a unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver services that will both guide the future growth and support the wellbeing of our communities.
The position is classified at Grade 10 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary to be negotiated in the range of $98,333 to $113,933 (plus 9.5% superannuation) dependent upon qualifications and experience.
