Required for large establishment near Byron Bay which consists of a restaurant/cafe/deli.
This is a full time, permanent position which includes weekend and evening work.
Role will involve usual cook responsibilities such as preparing and cooking a wide variety of food with a focus on locally sourced produce, as well as assisting the Head Chef in monitoring all food operations; specifically stock controls, KPI’s, menu pricing, wastage, OH&S, hiring/supervising/training other kitchen staff.
Must hold a relevant Certificate IV qualification or higher and/or have at least 3 years full time experience in the same or similar role.
Salary $55-$60K plus super.
