The On Call & Administrative Support worker is responsible for supporting CASPAs first response and remote On Call Manager, as well as contributing to relevant projects as delegated by the GM Programs and Development. This position provides support in the areas of response to crisis, liaising with Police and key stakeholders, attendance at houses and assistance to carers of CASPA Young People (CYP).
If you are?
Experienced working within a Therapeutic Intensive Care Environment
Experienced in providing first response in crisis, in person and/or by phone
Experienced in documentation and administrative support
Positive and resourceful
A good communicator
A team player, yet able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
