An event no kid should miss... Surfers Paradise comes alive for The Kids Weekend, a top-to-bottom takeover of the coastal precinct featuring fun and games, free family activities and performances by smash hit kids entertainer Dorothy the Dinosaur. The two-day event is loaded with fun things for kids to do and see. Alongside Dorothy, you can see performances from Dracula's Haunted House, and beachside attractions from Timezone Surfers Paradise. Additional events will also be held at the second Kids Weekend Location, The High Street. Not to be missed, performances from Beat the Streets, the Paradise Resort Mini Chefs of Surfers Paradise, magicians, and beach activities. Another big attraction will be the live broadcast of The Muppets latest film in Surfers Paradise Beach Cinema on Saturday night, with fireworks to follow as the movie ends. So pack up the kids, get into Surfers Paradise, and take part in the children’s event of the year, The Kids Weekend.
