This Sunday, May 29, activists are organising a human sign on Byron Bay’s Main Beach against coal seam gas mining.
Organisers are asking for willing participants to assemble on the beachfront at 10am wearing Indigenous colours of black, red and yellow for an aerial shoot at 11am (although the protest appears to be running on Byron time so The Echo takes no responsibility if they change it at the last minute).
