Magician Anthony Laye (pictured) will present his magical mind-reading show at the Lismore Race and Turf Club next Tuesday, March 16.
The show is called Magic For McGrath. Anthony is travelling around Australia with the aim of raising over $150,000 for the McGrath Foundation by performing 40 shows in just 40 nights. (Can only be done with magic.)
Founded in 2005 by Jane McGrath and her cricketing husband Glenn, the McGrath Foundation aims to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia. The McGrath Foundation also works to increase breast awareness among young Australian women.
Anthony is a psychological illusionist – he can predict and control the way people think. (Or give the illusion he can...)
This is not your average magic show. This interactive show is filled with the unexpected and the amazing – and it’s all for a good cause with profits going to the foundation.
Tickets are $25 and available from the club (6621 3176).
Shows starts at 7pm.
