The Serpentine Gallery continues its fine tradition of exhibiting cutting edge art, and while Rachael Windress' work may not be at the technological vanguard, it certainly lives up to its name.
RAW is Rachael's solo exhibition of unadulterated photography, relying on traditional techniques rather than post-production tools. Working with lighting and long exposures she creates abstracts from everyday subjects, challenging the viewer to take on its meaning themselves.
RAW launches at the Gallery this Saturday, December 1, from 6pm and runs till New Years Day.
It will also show at Invercauld House, 161 Invercauld Road Goonellabah, from December 3, 2012 till March 1, 2013.
