Funding for Peggy continues arts fun
YOU can expect to see more of Peggy Popart at the Lismore Regional Gallery.
As the beneficiary of a $28,450 Young People's Grant, the Gallery is now able to continue hosting their highly trained, sagacious and funny arts educator.
The grant is one of 24 released under Arts NSW's 2013 Arts Funding Programme, totalling nearly half a million in funding to arts and cultural organisations across the state to help provide artistic experiences to school students.
Peggy presents the Gallery's exhibition program to kids in her inimitable fashion, highlighting stories of relevance to the region and ensuring that students of all abilities have access to quality arts content at the Gallery.
