Don't be lonely – come and have a sausage

SOCIAL Inclusion Week starts on Saturday. Lismore will host a sausage sizzle next Thursday, November 29, as part of a nationwide initiative encouraging Australians to connect with their local community and embrace togetherness. Founded in 2009, Social Inclusion Week aims to build a stronger feeling of belonging, involvement and inclusion amongst all Australians. It is about connecting workmates, family and friends in order to build and strengthen relationships and networks, and support people who may be unable to help themselves. It's on from 11.30am-1pm at 76 Carrington Street, Lismore.
