DUNOON BLUES: Lil’ Fi plays the seventh Village Blues Fest.

SLEEPY Dunoon erupts to a cavalcade of music this weekend as the seventh Village Blues Festival rolls into the Dunoon Sports Club.

Six bands play from 3pm in the family friendly venue, with great food available and a strictly non-BYO booze policy.

Dunoon locals Le Bop Trio, Lismore's Ruthie Ma Toothie, Two Rivers Blues' distinctly Australian hillbilly blues, Brisbane's The 1.45's, The Hoochers with a 3-piece horn section, and Li'l Fi & the Dirty Rascals are six epic reasons to go west this weekend (or east, or south, or north, depending where you're coming from.

It's all free, so keep music live and get on down to Dunoon.
